WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

Free Shipping

 

We offer free Prime shipping on orders over Rs. 1499/-.

 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Prime shipping is not valid on international orders.

 

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days we will don’t accept returns. Restocking charge is free

We accept returns from India. Because we sell our product only in India.

You can return the products by mail, we will collect product from you by our delivery team as soon as possible.

 

Damages and issues

If you get any defective, incorrect, damaged or broken product, please take a clear photo of the product and send us those photos on support@catwilliam.com. You don’t have to pay shipping costs for restocking defective, incorrect, or damaged products.

 

Customers remorse

If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit or you don’t want the product, please please take a clear photo of the product and send us those photos on support@catwilliam.com. You don’t have to pay shipping costs for restocking the wrong products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Actually we accept return for our all products.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
